From crispy waffles at breakfast to freshly caught fish directly from the sea to your plate, we offer a variety of meals to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Our menus are prepared daily to guarantee optimum freshness and flavour. As Abaco continues to heal itself post-Dorian, our team has worked tirelessly to source the top local ingredients grown directly on Abaco.
60 - 70% of our fresh produce is grown locally from hydroponic farms, and our seafood is sourced directly from the waters surrounding us. The poultry we serve is sourced from a local farmer, and although in the early stages, our mini herb and vegetable garden assists our Chefs with selected meals.
We have a wonderfully curated wine list with only the best selections on hand. Our cellars have been stocked by passionate wine consumers who truly understand the importance of needing the perfect glass of wine to complement a great meal. Your hosts will be glad to assist you with your wine selection.
Our newly constructed bar is well-stocked and has a variety of liqueurs, tequilas, whiskeys, bourbons, vodkas, and gins to celebrate the day's catches and stories. We offer a self-service bar experience at the Club and encourage guests to enjoy their favourite beverages while overlooking the wonderful views directly from the bar.
If you would like to bring your bottles of wine or beverages, please chat with our Managers on arrival, and they can arrange to have these items labeled or chilled for you. We charge a corkage fee of $35 per bottle should you wish to drink your items from outside of your rooms. Stock can sometimes be challenging due to most of our items being imported. If there is something in particular you want to sip on during your stay, please get in touch with our reservations team beforehand, and we will try to accommodate where we can.
