PAYMENT DETAILS
All reservations can be secured via a wire transfer of funds or by a credit card payment. Please note that shall guests use a credit card to secure their reservation, a 3.5% credit card handling fee will be applicable. (We do not accept American Express credit cards)
50% of your trip is payable within 14 days of booking to secure the reservation and the balance is payable 90 days prior to arrival at Delphi. Our Reservations team will notify you of your final payment. Packages cannot be held or reserved without a deposit.
TRAVEL & TRIP INSURANCE
We highly recommend that all guests purchase trip and travel cancellation insurance. Additionally, please consider the potential necessity for medical evacuation. We recommend Global Rescue or Emergencyassistanceplus. There is also a website which allows you to compare packages : www.travelinsurance.com.

50% deposit is now necessary to confirm your reservation within 14 days of receiving your invoice.
The remaining trip payment must be settled 90 days prior to the commencement of your trip.
Please note that all deposits and payments are entirely non-refundable under any circumstances.
